# D2 Finance Bi-weekly Grant Update

**D2 Finance Grant Bi-Weekly Update**

**Date: March 06, 2024**

**I. Executive Summary:**

With the active market D2 has made use of good trading conditions to generate organic volumes through GMX

- D2 Finance has traded $2.35M volume in GMX V2 and is on track to meet $3m traded volume prior to March 15

- D2 Finance currently has ~100k TVL in the GM pools

As we typically trade against the OI (open interest) imbalance, we also add liquidity to the side where it is needed. This, by definition, helps GMX to scale, as such we would request that the final Milestone 3 be considered fulfilled once our trading volume target of $3m volume traded to release the remaining 75k ARB.

**- LYRA++ vault launched to effectively enhance our options trading efficiency across our products, further prioritizing investor protection and potential upsides. D2 Finance has traded ~$8mil notional volume through lyra as part of our complex strategis

**- ARB++ vault launching march 08 to provide long term benefits to the arbitrum ecosystem and take advantage of tactical market opportunities**

**- ETH++ Epoch 3 to start trading March 08**

**- Onboarded Chief Risk Officer, in process of on-boarding institutional focused investor relations targeting key accounts in Asia Pacific Region and EU**

**II. Current Progress:**

- D2 Finance has traded over $6.69M volume in the Arbitrum ecosystem (with modest TVL of ~$260k during proof of concept testing) as well as an additional $8mil on lyra

**III. Community Engagement:**

- Strong engagement from largest supporters aligned with protocols, to be further refined with the xD2 mechanics

- AMA with Arbitrum scheduled to introduce D2 to wider audience and open ARB++ for WL
