# TEAM want recude the FEE for GMX-Holders? can explain us this crazy PROPOSAL? thanks!

I have see this crazy comment in a post in the forum. so we have now a shit-token that go in the hell day after day!! and the BEST proposal of team is to REDUCE the fee that goes in the hands of GMX-holders?? what kind of crazy proposal is this??? can team inform us about this ?

All fees are tokenholders distributed or in the treausry having said that what @Jonezee was referring to was trialing mechanisms to give GMX stakers additional benefits such as lower fees / rebates on fees.

As coinflip explained, it’s lower trading fees for traders holding gmx

You could have just quoted in the telegram group you saw this and someone would have clarified.

There’s no use highlighting a quote like that without its context.

As the others point out, ‘reduced fees for GMX holders’ here means ‘GMX holders will have reduced trading fees’. I think that could have been gathered from the context, but perhaps I didn’t realise the phrase could be understood in this other way as well.
