[OPEN GRANT APPLICATION] GMX <> Dhive

SECTION 1: APPLICANT INFORMATION

Applicant Name or Alias: Samer Haidar Ahmad

Project Name: Dhive

Project Description:
Dhive is an all-in-one governance hub that simplifies access to governance data and provides insights, updates and monitoring tools. Our goal is to help users understand governance activities better, so they can make well-informed decisions in a trusted environment.

Dhive was built focusing on the Arbitrum ecosystem due to its notably high participation rate in governance. Its active community presented an ideal opportunity to demonstrate the utility of our project and ensure that our tools and features are refined in a real-world setting. It specifically targeted the Arbitrum ecosystem, and GMX is one of the key DAOs we have integrated.

How will receiving a grant enable you to foster growth or innovation within the GMX ecosystem?:
Receiving this grant will enable us to significantly enhance the Dhive platform, making it a crucial governance tool for the GMX ecosystem. Our scalable infrastructure will support the growing data needs of the GMX ecosystem, driving innovation and adoption.

Justification for the size of the grant:
To ensure the successful development and growth of the Dhive platform, we are adopting a dual funding strategy for full transparency. Our first grant application is with Arbitrum (subject to approval), and both grants will collectively cover our core milestones. Additionally, we will pursue smaller grants to further scale the platform, integrate specific features, and enhance the visibility and reach of our project.

We have previously achieved success by following a similar strategy. For our MVP, we secured a main grant from Arbitrum, supplemented by mini grants from Mask Network and ENS DAO. This approach has proven effective, giving us a strong foundation and confidence in our plan for ongoing growth and development.

Execution Strategy:
Our execution strategy for the Dhive platform focuses on delivering a robust and scalable governance hub, providing comprehensive access to governance-related data. This approach ensures that our platform benefits the overall ecosystem by promoting transparency and informed decision-making.
