Relevant Experience:
For the past year, I have been part of the GMX business development team, where I have contributed significantly to coordinating strategic initiatives aimed at expanding the GMX’s user base and increasing liquidity. My role involved actively engaging with institutional investors and partners to onboard them to the GMX platform, fostering relationships that enhance trading volume and platform stability via feedback from institutions.
In addition to my primary responsibilities, I also played a key role on the GMX grants committee for STIP Grants Wave 1. This initiative was designed to incentivize and support the development of innovative protocols on the GMX platform. As a committee member, I helped evaluate grant applications, providing critical feedback and recommendations to ensure that the most promising projects received the necessary support to build and thrive within the GMX ecosystem.
Familiarity with GMX, Arbitrum, and DAOs:
Through my role as BD contributor, I have developed a deep familiarity with GMX, GMX DAO, and the Arbitrum ecosystem through my extensive work in these areas. My role has involved numerous collaborations within the Arbitrum ecosystem.
Goals for GMX DAO:
Deepening collaborations with other protocols in the Arbitrum ecosystem to enhance GMX’s integration, strengthen its role as the foundational liquidity layer, and lead in Arbitrum’s development initiatives and incentive programs.
Suggestions for the GMX Governance Committee:
Establishing a framework with more communications with community members and an efficient and effective way to manage DAO. This framework should include regular engagement with other Arbitrum stakeholders to identify unique opportunities.
