Compromised - Deploy GMX V2 on Base or add COIN stock

theres two huge opportunities with Base

  1. be the first perp on the new popular L2
  2. be the first on chain to offer COIN trading

instead of doing both we could do one or the other

for example just doing 2 still capitalises of the Base chain but also keeps any parternships with Arbitrum tight. If thats in the interests of core contributors

and doing 1 avoids concerns with listing a US stock

would love to get some thoughts from some of the contributors on this
